My passion for dancing started at a very early age. Between 3-18, I studied at L’ecole Superieure de Danse Rosella Hightower, dancing 8-10 hours per day. My whole life was about dancing - until an unfortunate injury meant that I needed to rethink my career. But the love of dance and fitness never left me.

5 years of Pilates practice led me to be able to dance again. Happy to be back in my ballet shoes once more, I decided to become a Ballet Barre instructor and share my passion.

Ballet Barre is an intelligent fusion of pilates, ballet and interval training. What you get is a low-impact, high-intensity, full-body workout. In each class you will work on all the major muscle groups, with a combination of strengthening and lengthening.

The practice of Ballet Barre and adult ballet can be a wonderful and fulfilling way to gain more control over your body, and progress towards a healthier, leaner and more graceful self.

My hope is to bring the love and commitment I have for dance to all my classes, as well as to encourage the discipline that it requires. I will help you to improve strength and stability, attain a more toned and sculpted physique, better alignment and reduced body fat.
